poo problems photos included so beware

hi put a few posts up about this problem and tried various remediies probiotic yoghurt and bokashi, chichen spice ect but no luck and we are quite worried two of our five chickens have very weird colour and looking poos also very messy they look kinda foamy sometimes should we take them to a vet anywa some photos hopefully someone can give us some answers

They will do poos like this, about every 1 in 10, it is a normal byproduct of the egg laying process. Providing they are doing normal poos in between (olive green with a white topping) then they are fine. If they are pooing like that all the time, and the probiotics haven't helped, you may need to see a vet for antibiotics. To be honest though, they do look like normal 'curry' poos. :D

They should only do the chip shop curry sauce poos once every ten poos or so.

 

Have you wormed them recently? That might be worth a go.

 

I'd also suggest keeping them on just pellets and water for a few days.

 

Avipro added to their drinking water is another good way of getting probiotics into them.
