4m x 3m Omlet pen, cube, new auto door still boxed and coop light

When I collected the eggs this morning I noticed strange patches all over the egg shell from Liberty's egg.

 

I can only describe it as like patches of yeast. I have s"Ooops, word censored!"ed it all off.

 

Does anyone know what this is and is it safe to eat the agg?

One of my girls occasionally does one of theses 'crusty' eggs they eat just fine. They're usually combined with a rougher shell than usual too. Just a blip I think.
