I have deleted my Christmas one and tried to relaod my original one and it says that it is too big.

 

Can anyone resize it for me and then tell me how to reload it please.

After spending most of yesterday taking down Christmas decoration and cleaning the house I didn't have the heart to use my Christmas avatar today.

I had this problem to. Looking for a new one as my old one was now too large - everything was bigger than 100x100. I finally found my old software to resize pictures down that I had used somewhere else (ASmallerImage 2.0) - it did the job, found it online somewhere but not sure where
