You can use them as meatballs in pasta sauce, have them with savoury rice or slice them up on top of a pizza. we've just had them sliced up on top of a home made pizza, really tasty! That's pretty much how I make our burgers, I use lamb mince with a bit of garlic, salt and pepper, very fine onion and a tiny bit of rosemary for the kids, I have chilli, garlic, salt pepper, onion but no bread, it's FAB!
