Vanessa
We had a nice family day out today with spending a couple of hours at the poultry show in Perth. And keep fingers crossed we might even get an walk in run as Littleacre Products had a lovely range of coops and runs there and Hubby was quite impressed with the quality of their products. Ain't Nobody Here
Didn't know it was on . Not that I could have persuaded my menfolk to have gone anyway . Interesting to know about Littleacre Products though - I might just keep that name handy for if (when) I get a walk in run . Vanessa, did you see the thread about an Edinburgh Omlet get together? You're not far from me .
Vanessa
ANH- I am just working out which date would suit me or DH as he will look after the children Where would we meet? As for Littleacre it is solid - even I was impressed and normally I could give two hotts about things like this. Must say we spend more time talking to the man of littleacre than looking at the chickens itself.
Ain't Nobody Here
Not sure really . I thought in town so people coming by train could get there easily? Or if everyone comes by car we could rethink it! The Steading or Stable Bar which are near me would be good for a pub lunch.

ruth1
I was planning to go today and woke up this morning to snow everywhere and checking the weather for the roads up there decided it was prob more sensible to stay at home. I m really disappointed as Ive been looking forward to it for weeks.
feemcg
I went last year, enjoyed it but more for the 'fancier' bird enthusiasts.......lots of miniatures, Japanese etc. Was going to go up this morning but the torrential rain put me off (only on 10-2 on 2nd day anyway).
