It's quite easy - just choose a posting by the person you want to PM and click on the PM button below it. This gives you the box to send a message in the same way as an email. You can't see the other person's email address, but they will see yours when you send the message. They can then either email (in which case you then get their email address) or can send you a PM back in which case their email is still private. Hope this makes sense?
