Hi,

 

Has anyone had any dealings or bought chickens from henhousepoulty in Maidstone. I am adding to me flock and they are quite close to me.

I bought 7 from them last Sunday. They are lovely clean, bright, calm 17 week olds. Ben is very knowledgable and obvioulsy really loves his hens. He has all sorts of colours of hybrids including blue/green egg layers, he also has bantams and Orpingtons. One of the ones |I bought is a skyline - I will await her first egg with interest.

Ben is my guru and I cannot recommend him highly enough. A big difference to my recent experience at a pure breed place further up the country. He is a lovely man and what he doesn't know about chickens isn't worth knowing. His son Jordan is fast following in his father's footsteps.

Mine come from Ben too!!!! they are fantastic....... and he is too, great advice, very friendly, he has an excellent set up.....

 

Cant recommend him enough!
