I agree, my springy rake is always at hand. I got fed up with it being everywhere, and it wasn't fair on my son,he loves the garden but I wouldn't let him out because off the mess. The chickens were destroying my garden. they dug holes everywhere and ate all the grass and plants I have bought them a new home and they have their own bit of the garden now. They are out all day everyday in their own garden. I hose their enclosure every night and give it a brush.
