sandyhas3chucks
I was just wondering what our expert feel about the best time for giving ZolcalD. I prefer to give indiidual doses, the ones that need it get it, the othrs have limestone & one has stopped laying. Well I have been giving in the morning. But on one of the other products shell max. it says it should be given during the 2nd phase /part of the phyto period. what ever that means? no that was 2nd part of the PHOTO period? Egluntyne
For every 5 litres of drinking water use 1ml of SHELL MAX . The dose of SHELL MAX is most effectively given during the second part of the photo period, but it can be given safely at any time of the day. The treatment period should be not less than 7 days, after which the shell problem should be evaluated and treatment reintroduced if necessary. The photoperiod is the daily exposure to light.......so the second part will be the afternoon. I wouldn't worry too much about that bit of info.
