fourfinches Posted September 26, 2006 Share Posted September 26, 2006 Seeing the recipe for truffles reminded me of these, I haven't made them for ages but they're really yummy - a bit like Bountys. 6oz icing sugar 6oz coconut 4oz butter 1/2 tsp coffee * chocolate to coat Cream icing sugar & butter. Add coconut & coffee. Roll into balls and coat with melted chocolate. * others flavourings (cointreau, baileys etc) make a nice change. Enjoy!
