Hi, was browsing the BBC website tonight and on the Northern Ireland page is a lady holding her chicken and a report on how popular chicken-keeping is becoming. Theres also a pic of her yellow eglu and a link to Omlet. Her chickens are called Trinny and Susannah - must be someone on here surely. (Apologies if this is being discussed elsewhere - I couldn't find it)

Always nice when your browsing to come across something that you can personally relate to - what a nice thing to stumble across Lets just hope there's not a stampede for yellow Eglu's!

 

I missed the story too, so I'm going to have a look now....

 

Read it. Excellent! It reminded me of when my hens got themselves on the BBC website after the London bombings. The original news story has gone now, but you can see my hens message on this website. We're first on top left.
