We got home today and Theodore was running around the garden, I asked who'd let the chickens out and "Ooops, word censored!"ody had so I went up to have a look at the run and Matilda was still in there. There was a little gap between the house and the mesh which Theodore had obviously made and squeesed out of, but Matilda is fatter so she couldn't fit through and was stuck in the run I but them back together and patched up the hole.
