I have been making yogurt for years using uht full fat or ss milk and now use a couple of spoons of easiyo as the starter which is sooo much easier,but cant quite crack the muller taste.Do they add sugar to it before it cools,I wonder? Am going to mix some home made strawberry jam to it while warm soon to see how that goes,cos it might be better than when cold as it just goes a bit runny then.
