Nicola O
My sister just spotted this on her local freecycle - Reigate in Surrey. There are approximately 2000 ex-battery hens being rescued from the pet food tin at the end of the month, I wonder if anyone is interested in giving these girls a good home? We are trying to get a list of promised homes now, so that we can work out logistics of collecting them from Norwich. They will be between £1.50 and £2.00 each. Please ask friends and family too. Thank you. Theresa I'm assuming that these are the chooks from The Little Hen Rescue's rescue. I have room for more chooks now so I'm going to contact her as Reigate is closer for me to get to. Hope others are able to help. Nicola
Ain't Nobody Here
My brother lives in Norwich and although he has recently got 6 hens (to replace the 4 taken by a fox ), he has said he'll mention it to as many people as he can .
