I've tried turffing her out of net box but just goes straight back. I can't close it of because one other bantam is 23 weeks crouching so on the verge of laying and my other bantam is laying and not layed for 4 days which is very strange but another story. So, I've but broody in dog crate, how long to be safe till i put her back ?

Untill she's stopped being broody

 

You could try dunking her in water to cool her down and try to snap her out of it.

I tried dunking Hermione in the pond twice a day for 4 days! It didn't make the slightest bit of difference to her! You should have heard the names she was calling me! (and the neighbours started to think I was mad!)

 

She has now been broody for about 5 weeks!

 

Surely they only normally last the length of a normal incubation period? 21 days?

3 full days and nights is usually what it takes for my broody to snap out of it once she's in the broody cage. I didn't find dunking helped either.
