4m x 3m Omlet pen, cube, new auto door still boxed and coop light

The past 3 days we have had 3 very large eggs, I have had to weigh them on my kitchen scales and they weigh 5oz each which i have converted and is 141.74 gms. I have taken a pic of them next to the eggs we normally get.................my poor little chickens bums.

Is this big enough to go on the largest egg spread sheet?

We have had 6 large ones now and have only just decided to weigh them, the other 3 was double yolkers so looks like these could be too...............yum bacon & eggs for breakfast.

Just out of interest are you worming your hens at the moment? My largest eggs have all been laid while the hens were being wormed

Hi Redwing..........no they are not being wormed at the moment. The large eggs have been happening the past couple of weeks. Only 3 of our 4 girls are laying them that large.

 

It made my eyes water too when i saw the size of them
