Prolapsed vent - am I getting it right?

My rescued bats will arrive in 2 weeks

 

Unfortunately, Omlet don't seem to ship any instructions with the Eglu and run if you don't take hens off them too. Can anyone point me to some instructions for proper construction of the Eglu and Run?

They should do actually, I got them with mine . It must have been a packing error .

We have always had instructions and we have never had chickens from Omlet either.
