PART 2... of the little hen rescue

 

on Saturday 23th May i went to little hen rescue... again.

we brought home 3 more battery hens we had to put up the (black rabbit) hutch and pen that we had borrowed again. so far we have had 6 eggs:

So on average we are getting 2 eggs a day. They are all having a great time at the moment, but this morning (Tuesday 26th May) it has been pouring it down.

I got my ex-batts on Saturday too. They all laid an egg on Sunday morning but since then we've had one a day. They're obviously taking it easy now
