I would give them a couple of other food and drink stations, and if you have time, blast the bullies with a hose pipe every time they go for her. It works well. It might take a week or two to settle down, otherwise.

You could also try separating the bullies and letting her do a bit of team building with one and then the others individually.

Sorry to hear she's still being picked on.

Sorting out the "pecking order" is just how they are and it may take some weeks to settle down. You may find when it does settle down that she is at the bottom of the pecking order still. My chook at the bottom of the pecking order is still jumped on and chased at least once a day by the others just to remind her of her place, then the rest of the day they wander round together as good as gold.

Do try Egluntine's suggestions. Fighting over access to food usually sparks off my lot, so I have two grubs and two glugs which helps (also useful for if you go away for a day).

If they draw blood then you will need to isolate the picked on hen.

Hope they settle down soon.
