Student Finance company - 2009 entry - anyone else boggled?

Recommended Posts

Same ED who's hoping to get a laptop is also hoping to get some hefty loans to go with her to university. We're finding the application process a pain in the fluffy knickers :? - anyone else going through this process and is it driving you clucking mad too?

hi Nicola - it was a huge pain, wasn't it?

we got through that process, sent in lots of very imporatant and personal financial information to support the application - as per their required list - and now we've been told we have to send in MORE  Some of the stuff they want, we've already sent them!

I've tried contacting them by email to find out what's up - but no reply for over a week now

We've been trying to get the forms done for my husbands fees to come back to us and they've been a mare too - they've been drip feeding us what they need all year now, he's actually finished uni this year and we've still got another id form on it's way

I'm boggled too :( I'm desperately trying to do it now but cant even work out how to do it on the internet :(

the mistake I made was filling it in, submitting it and THEN finding out that I used the wrong tax year's info. When I tried to correct it online I couldn't, so I rang and found out that once you've submitted, you're sunk. The only way to correct it is to complete a paper application and send it in with a letter asking them to replace the online application.... it was such a flippin' nuisance!
