I am so proud of Amy. She is a terrific mum. She tends to them, fusses around them. Is teaching them how to scratch around, dustbathe and other chickeny pursuits. Its totally fascintating to watch. My favourite thing is when she lets them all hop onto her back at the same time.

Now, I know I have two legbars, but anyone like to hazard a guess on the breed of the other chick. S/he hatched from a light creamy beige coloured egg. I am fairly certain that its either a Wyandotte, Orpington and slightly less certain of Brahma.

It's definitely not a Brahma, they have feathery trousers. We need to see it's comb, a Wyandotte would have a rose comb.
