Anyone have HR experience with the disability at work act?

I am concerned for a friend of mine who works with a registered disability, and has done so for all their working life. Recently due to changes in the admin side things are more pressured, and they are not coping so well. I wondered if anyone had experience of this and how strategies can be put into place to help them.

 

Because of the company etc. I would rather any replies be via a pm if that's alright?
