Jennyhenny Posted June 27, 2009 Share Posted June 27, 2009 Hi Popcorn went semi broody last weekend from Friday to Monday, only a half hearted attempt though but the last egg she laid was last saturday and nothing since. When should she start laying again, anybody any ideas ? After snapping her out of it, after a couple of days, I have had about a week without any eggs. Hopefully she will start laying again soon. Jennyhenny Posted July 1, 2009 Author Share Posted July 1, 2009 Thanks everyone Popcorn has started laying again, we had an egg in the morning but then in the evening I spotted her in the nest and thought oh No not again so had a look into see what she was upto. She was eating a shell less egg. I whipped it away quick. The next morning she laid a normal egg, so hopefully we are back on track.
