Help! Advice needed on Bamix

Recommended Posts

Hello

I think that the Bamix is great for chopping, mincing, whipping and blitzing soup etc, but I don't think that it can incorporate flour, eggs and sugar like a traditional whisk.

I have a bamix, magimix and a Kenwood mixer (bit OTT now I think about it  ).

I use the bamix for soups, mayo and salad dressings and it's grinding attachment for spices and coffee. The magimix for slicing and chopping large amounts of veg and salad, and some cake mixes.

The kenwood I use for large cake mixes, and egg and cream whisking on a large scale. This machine is also great at christmas with mixing the rich fruit cakes, and super at taking the hard work out of bread dough.

Now I know why I'm looking for a larger kitchen, only the bamix and magimix are small enough to keep out all the time. Everytime I want to use the kenwood I have to haul it out of a cupboard.

Kind regards,

Christine
