I've got a few girls that are sneezing, could be hayfever, but just incase thought i'd nip it in the bud as i've new girls arriving soon. Mrs Frugal Posted July 18, 2009 Share Posted July 18, 2009 Citricidal is very bitter. If you add too much, there's a chance you might stop the hens from drinking enough water. When I bought my first bottle of Citricidal, Johannes advised me to use 2 drops per litre of water for drinking or 20 drops per litre for cleaning out the Eglu.
