4m x 3m Omlet pen, cube, new auto door still boxed and coop light

Is this a definite 2 person job or could one person (me) manage it on their own? I have a coming in about 2 weeks

 

I am fairly handy with IKEA flat packs but am not sure if it will be too fiddly/awkward on my own. OH isn't back 'til the Saturday and I'd really like to present him with the whole thing assembled and ready for new hens

I think you could do it, theres nothing that fiddly there (although Omlet assembled mine for me) Palmer07 put hers together on her own, I think (dont quote me) that it took her about an hour

That sounds promising...I will of course have two helpers...aged 5 and 9 so 1 hour might be better than I manage

Yup....I built my all by myself!!!! It took just over an hour but that was cos I had put the under cube run panels on upside down and had to redo them

 

Electric screwdriver is a must!!!!

I built the purple pekin palace (aka the damson den) all by myself as well.

Thanks for your thoughts, I'll make sure OH leaves the electric screwdriver fully charged.

 

Starting to get excited now! Hens are ready to be collected as soon as I'm ready for them...think I'll be assembling the cube as soon as it's off the van.
