wow, it's almost as citing as my sister having her baby last Tuesday....

 

just thought I'd let you all know and prepare for the millions of questions I will be asking!

I was just posting on another thread that we have 8 sleeps to go. Soooo excited, its gonna be a real learning curve.

time goes soooo slowly when you're waiting for something. My 14 yr old daughter who has arranged it all is soooo excited. She has been begging for chickens for about a year now. I caved, just like I did with the dog.

Aw, bless so I bet she is going to be really involved in looking after them.

 

My daughter is 4 so I reckon her involvement will be limited to chasing them round the garden

involved... the only reason we're getting them is because she is doing it all. those were the terms, I'm just going to enjoy the eggs!!!

time does go so slow, when ordered eglu delivery just over a week, get it tomorrow, but a week has been llike a month

 

no patience also doesnt help chickens pick up saturday

2 9ish) days and 2 sleeps.... just got to book an appointment for Merrydale Poultry to collect our chooks. they will have a whole load of new stock in because they are getting their monthly load delivered tomorrow!! so will be getting the ones we want.

weather isn't as nice as we'd hoped but oh well... getting very excited, going in about 20 mins and will take an hour to get there!!
