It's my adjoining neighbours (you can see our climbing frame over the fence), really hoping someone nice buys it, don't know how much interest he's had though - the price has been dropped by £10,000 since it first went on.

Its a really tricky market, I was relocated by my work last year and had to reduce my house by 30,000 to sell it

I've been looking at the pic of the bathroom and trying to work out how they've done it. Presumably it's the same size as ours (tiny!) but they've got the bath on a different wall and the window is half the size of ours. Shame there's no pic of the kitchen, I'd love to know how that's set out. I've never been in next door if you hadn't guessed, it's a man on his own there who pretty much keeps to himself.

I reckon that bath is a smaller size than standard, compare it to the size of the loo

Our bath is smaller than a standard one - I almost got stuck in it when I was pregnant, didn't have enough room to manouvere (sp?). Doesn't look like they have a proper shower over either, I can't live without our shower.
