johncunningham01
Hi all Not sure if anything is wrong, but two of my girls (Matilda and Flo) both seem to have quite runnt yello poo. I know when young birds are about to start to lay the produce what is in effect a yolk. Would this be runny? It is not all of the time, but typically first thing in the morning or later in the afternoon. Help would be appreciated. I know I am a bit daft about these things, just want them to be ok! legend21
John no expert but my girls do all sorts of different poos and when I first joined I used to report all types of different coloured poos, they settle down and now I dont react anymore so long as they are happy and eating and it is not consistently the same runny poo. There is a thread that is very comprehensive on all the different poos that the girls do. regards Jackie
Chicken Licken
About one in every 8 poos is a caecal poo or curry poo!! It is normal. There is a link on here somewhere to poo pictures and slightly bizarrely it is well worth a look!!
Staffordmum
... and don't be alarmed by the odd looking jelly type mass sometimes laid - known as a "lash". Amazing what you learn on here! I assume you know about the "search" facility? it's an absolute godsend Rgds, Pat & Steve
