Have you thought about taking legal advice? You need to protect yourself in all of this as well as looking out for your sister's best interests.

I have sent back the form with a letter saying i couldnt sign as I wasn't happy with the info that was in it without going into any detail. If they want to investigate further then it is up to them. Hve tried to get hold of my sister as I have another form for her pension which I need her to give me the letter about her service charge and I have asked her "boyfriend" to pass the message on to her. Will see what happens.........

 

I have also asked a friend for solicitor details in case things change again.......
