Another crater in the grass/lawn. Fortunately it's by the hedge, it seems to be a favourite place for them. Yes there are four chickens in there.....

. I'm glad you pointed out how many there were, I only saw 2 .

 

Mine were the same, I got a nice small tyre for them, filled it with soil, playsand and diatom and placed it lovingly in their new walk in run. Did they use it? No, they were so scared of it, they wouldn't go within 4 feet of it .

 

They can jolly well find their own dustbath spots now .
