chickencam Posted August 18, 2009 Share Posted August 18, 2009 We have had our new girls for just over 3 weeks now, it seems like much longer. One (Toffee) laid her first egg a couple of days after we got her and has only had one day off since. On Saturday we had a 38g egg we think from Sky who has suddenly gone from the smallest youngest looking girl to having a red face and easily as big as the others. Her comb is quite small still but she is very red, then this morning we had a 41g paler egg which must be from one of the others and we found a thickish egg membrane in the run over the weekend too.
