Chicken boarders

Hiya, I've noticed over the last few days that one of my hens has runny pee The poop part is formed but the urea is all over the place. Its been very wet here so could it have just seperated? My garden is covered in loads of white patches & i now have green & white patterned grass

 

Also some of the poo recently has had loads of grit in it, is that normal?

 

I recently wormed them with flubenvet, bout a week ago doing the grape method as one of them had worms but was advised to mix it through their feed so would it be too soon to reworm them or should i wait until the 3wks is up? I haven't noticed any worms, although thats not to say their not there I have noticed some very dark poo, & some green poo which i believe is a sign of worms but not sure, they do eat loads of grass though

 

Thanks for any help coz i feel totally useless, how come when you think i've read everything there is to know about chickens.............something else happens

Since i posted this there has been no change in Cherry's poop, the pee part is still mega wet, the poop jst lies in a puddle. Could that jst be the way she is gonna be or has anyone got any suggestions or first hand experience in this?

It could be becaise the heat is making them drink more maybe?

It could be because the Flubenvet was administered via the grape method, giving a big hit of the medication daily, instead of it being taken in over the course of the day. I would re worm them in 3 weeks, using the feed method.
