chooksy
Hi, We have an Amber Star Hybrid, she's nearly three years old. On Saturday we were doing some gardening and she seemed to get some mud up her beak as we were turning over soil. She sneezed a couple of times and kept her one eye shut. I don't know whether the soil incident was a coincidence, but this morning she looks really unwell, she keeps shutting the one eye and standing all puffed up. I've cooked her some spaghetti which she perked up to eat, but generally she is looking quite low. She last laid an egg on Friday/Saturday and it was smaller than normal. We checked her over for mites but can't see anything. Any ideas?! Many thanks, Holly

Ain't Nobody Here
Maybe she scratched her eyeball with the earth? That would make you feel really uncomfortable . I hope she perks up tomorrow .
