4m x 3m Omlet pen, cube, new auto door still boxed and coop light

my lovely chicken Dolly usually produces light brown eggs, but has started to lay much lighter eggs. The shells are nice and hard but have no sheen to them any more they feel quite rough. The whites seems to have a slight cottage cheese texture when poached too!!!!. Any ideas as to what might have affected her eggies????

 

The only change to her normal free range lifestyle is a different brand of layers mash..... her new friend turkey lurkies eggs are still perfect! (On same Food)

Maybe the weather is affecting her eggs? The shells/contents do change with age, but unsure how old she is.
