I have been sent a very important document that needs replying to by Monday, but my computer won't let me open it. Whenever I click 'open' it tells me 'Works was unable to open the project you selected. The file may be corrupted." Any help? I can't really contact the person who sent it until Monday and it will be too late by then.

Ah, ok then, what is the file extension? (.doc .pdf etc)

The file extention is '.doc' I'm continuing to try and open but it just gives me the same message .

and you are using Works, ah, Download OpenOffice
