She's done it since we got her (I think) Every half an hour or so, she seems to sort of clear her throat - at first I thought she'd simply got a piece of food stuck as it was usually when she'd been really scoffing her food, but she seems to do it at other times. Space Chick Posted September 30, 2009 Share Posted September 30, 2009 One of my girls hiccups when she wolfs down treats too quickly and that sounds like a squeeky sort of cough. It could be she's just eating too quickly if she seems fine in all other respects. Keep an eye on her for a day or two, but if she's behaving normally I wouldn't worry too much.
