Ive just bought myself a new slow cooker recipe book . Its called Slow Cooking -easy slow cooker recipes by Katie Bishop. Its normally £ 9.99 but I bought it for £2.99- a bargain.

I had seen it in Waitrose last year and had wanted it then and had regretted not buying it!! I'm now glad i waited

 

I thought some of you may be interested Some of the recipes give timings etc for normal ovens

Ooh I think I may order that - thanks v much I only came on here to see if I could find a slow cooker recipe for lamb shank so that should be me sorted
