But the problem is the cost of getting rid of waste legally...and I'm not sure how that can be solved...Where we used to live was alongside a field with a layby either side...you won't be surprised when I say there was always always rubbish dumped there...one day managed to come along as the perpetrator was about to empty their black bin bags....and it was a little old lady with all her garden rubbish I'm glad to hear the council are going to clear it for you...so they should.
