Ygerna
I'm so excited! I've ordered my tickets this event and I will be there on Saturday. I've warned hubby that they will have 'things for sale' there, lol. Is anyone else from here going to be there? I shall be with my jewellery making, bead creating, chicken keeping friend. She is a member here too, we could have a mini omlet meet. Edited October 14, 2009 by Guest
Chook n Boo Mum
Would have liked to join you Ygerna, but too much taxi-ing of small children here there & everywhere to fit anything in for poor old Mummy Have a great day Sha x

bigmommasally
Looks good, but I can't make Saturday. Hope you have a good time, and I look forward to seeing all the lovely things you buy, my tip from attending NEC is take cash - the card machines seemed really slow at NEC, and buy when you see it, some things that I thought I'd go back for had sold or I couldn't find them again. Have fun
Ygerna
WOW oh WOW. There were some amazing creations there today. Amazing. Me thinks I need to try harder. But it was so inspiring too. I've spent WAYYYYYYYY too much money, including getting myself a PMC kit which I am desperate to get playing with but it really needs my total, undivided attention so will have to wait until I have the house to myself. I've got some lovely ideas in my head for the beads I purchased though. I did meet a few chicken ladies too, surprising how you can work 'chickens' into any given conversation at any time

Brilliant magical stuff......... I qualified as a Level 1 instructor in the other type Art Clay Silver & it's wonderful My advice to start with is keep it simple & don't go too thin & fiddly, it does break easily before it's fired & can be very disheartening Sha x
