How Quickly Does Albendazole Work?

Dont know how to exlain this but my chicken doris seems to be losing the feathers around her neck but the stick bits still look if they are there (the only way i can describe this is her neck looks like a yard brush)

 

if anyone as any ideas could they please give me some advice

Think they like to keep us on our toes! Mollie is the same, I didn';t know this before keeping hens but apparently some breeds/hybrids have hair-like feathers as well as 'normal' feathers, so I assume thats what these are??
