Fortunately it was close to dusk when they got out. DH had gone to get the staple gun OMG - Nooooooo Stapling them to the floor might work well; but it's not something we should be recommending to newbies!!!! Sorry!! M. . Might have been more efficient than clipping their wings! They are being good now we have stapled the chicken wire to the bottom of the gates - they aren't interested in escaping any more. I don't know, people must get fed up of looking at chicken photos eventually! I do love photography, it is one of my hobbies, and I only recently got a new camera, hence the flood of photos at the moment. I daresay the chickens will present me with many photo opportunities in future I promise you we never ever get fed up with looking at photo's of chickens. Keep them coming. No we don't!
