Wanted - Eglu Cube Mk1 Roosting Bars

Does anybody have a marinated feta recipe? I want to make some for my Grandfather's birthday rather than buying it for him this year. Also Any idea how long it would keep? I would presume only a week or 2 - not that I expect it to last that long anyway!

Its personal preference but I really like Sainsbury's Basic Feta.

It usually has a longish use by date - I have marinated it in Olive Oil and kept it a week or 2 - I assume if the air can't get to actual surface it will keep until use by date.

 

I just made up a recipe - cut into chunks, mix genltly with some chilli flakes, thyme and oregano. Pack into jar, cover with Olive Oil. Some times include a few Olives.
