Chicken picking at feet

Thought I'd give this principle a whirl to try and loose a few pounds before christmas. If I had 3 eggs a day (either scrambled, boiled or poached) for breakfast do you think this is too many? I remember seeing a while ago that Charles Saatchi (Mr Nigella Lawson) lost all of his weight by eating eggs.

 

Also giving up the vino between now and Christmas too.

 

If anyone would like to join me on my weight loss reigime I can always start a 'slimming club thread' and we could weigh in once a week and keep each other motivated? Let me know what you think.

The British Heart Foundation used to suggest 3 eggs a week. You may get awful er wind with that many eggs
