How lovely .....I realise the dear old chap can't be everywhere in the lead up to the big day, as he's just too busy, but some of those people who stand in for him really could do with some training !!

I agree some Santa's could really do with some training. A couple of years ago my friend took her little girl to the huge grotto in the centre of Cardiff, it's about £5 just to get in. Santa asked her daughter what she wanted, she told him, and he said 'Do you think Mummy knows where to buy it?' My friend couldn't believe her ears.
