Clairey Posted November 9, 2009 Share Posted November 9, 2009 Hi! I need to transport one of my hens - not too far. What's the best way of doing this? Also, at Christmas time, an Eglu owner-friend of mine is going to look after my hens whilst we are away on holiday and I was wondering whether it's ok to move them while they are in the Eglu?? As it gets dark early now, they will probably be in there sleeping when we move them. Is that ok? If so, do you reckon they'll be ok when they wake up in a new environment?? The Dogmother Posted November 9, 2009 Share Posted November 9, 2009 I just pop mine in aan archive box with holes in for ventilation and some newspaper in the bottom. Cat carriers are good too.
