Janepie33
Torrential rain this morning. Luna decided she wouldn't go outside and she weed on a towel she had pulled off the radiator instead. I must have disturbed her mid flow, as she decided to finish off on the carpet in the sitting room. I scrubbed and rubbed with hot water and biological washing powder before I went to work but the smell was still there when I came home. Any ideas about getting rid of the smell? poachedegg
If the stain is dry (if it isnt dab with kitchen roll) and sprinkle bircarb of soda - leave for 24hrs if you can and then vacuum off.......works here on doggy doings! Yorkshire Pudding
Simple Solution from pet shops is good stuff Couldn't agree more, magical stuff. Gets grass stains off jeans and all sorts of other nasty biological smells out too. Angus had diarrhoea last week and got a bit off his fluffy trousers onto the sofa before I could grab him . A wipe off to remove the worst and half an hour of Simple Solution got rid of it completely.
mostin
I've also heard that before "modern products" came out, white spirit is good, if it has soaked through to the floorboards. As once they smell of cat wee, they always go in the same spot . YP, sounds like you've had a delightful time with angus , all that fluff . Was a bath required?
