hi guys

 

i have four 6 and a half week old silkies i have 1 Gold 1 Blue and 2 White silkies and wondered how big they get and how lond should it be till they can go into out big out house type thing

and how rare are the blue bearded silkie someone told me they are quite rare?

My 10 and 12 week old Silkies are living in hutches in a stable at the moment, I wont put either set out till the spring now, because they are so fluffy I think they find it harder to trap air in layers of feathers like normal chickens do

 

Bearded Silkies are less common than non bearded ones and blue is one of the less seen colours overall but I dont think that they are particularly rare as the Silkie is such a popular breed
