2009 Omlet cube and run for sale

I was asked today why I decided to get chickens. The answer being that I saw an Eglu at an exhibition, in the NEC, a couple of years ago (ideal home, I think) and looked into getting them from there.

 

I suppose some people just liked the idea of keeping chickens. And that some people wanted a fresh supply of eggs and therefore got chickens.

 

So, for you, what came first: wanting chickens, wanting eggs or wanting an Eglu/cube?

Definately chickens first for me! i wanted chickens for quite a few years before we finally decided to go for it, then we looked into housing and after finding omlet, well, there was just no going back. Got our purple cube first, then the pink eglu, mmm which next me wonders maybe a yellow Go?
