Tutti Frutti
Don't know if you've seen this before (it was even on the Paul O-Grady show!) but my twist might make it worth it So here goes - a chocolate cake you bake in the microwave 1) Stir together in a jug (or shake in a plastic clip-top-lid food container): 4 1/2 tablespoons (4 x 15ml) self raising flour 3 1/2 tablespoons sugar 2 tablespoons cocoa pinch of salt 2) add and stir (or shake!) in... 1 egg 4 tablespoons milk 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 3 tablespoons of choc chips (or a cheap value bar chopped up, reserving a couple of chunks for later - Sainsburys White choc is awesome) capful of vanilla essence 3) Pour into 2 microwaveable mugs 4) The magic bit, if you used a bar of choc, push the reserved chunks into the middle of the mix! My favourite is half a Cadbury Fudge in the middle Be careful though, the caramel gets flipping hot! 5) Microwave each mug for 1min (1000W oven). If not cooked (depends on mug shape), microwave for another 10secs. Leave to cool for a min before scoffing!
Lewis
These have been posted before, but this is a bit different - it has egg and milk in it which the other doesn't Might have to try it to see which is best
